HAD Needs You!
We want to hear from you!
We’re looking for customers and friends of HAD to join us for a small, 2-hour focus group to help us with some market research. We’re offering a £25 Marks & Spencer voucher for each participant as a way of saying thank you for helping us with this project.
We want to know your thoughts on how HAD can remain relevant in its 61st year; how we can continue to serve our local community and to improve the ways in which we communicate with you.
As you know, our purpose is to help those living with a disability in our community, to live independent lives through access to better mobility equipment and vehicles.
We understand that to reach and help more people in our community, we need to make sure that our services remain relevant and what we are communicating is clear and focussed on what is important to you, our customers.
We’ll have no more than 10 people in the group and we’ll be taking notes to capture your thoughts.
The insight we capture from the focus group will be used to help us develop our key services and messages and ensure we are here for another 60 years to come!
The Focus Group will be at CampaignWORKS, The Old Sawmill, Hatfield Park, Hertfordshire, AL9 5PG on the 22nd October at 2PM and will finish at 4pm
