Over the years we have formed partnerships with many local companies, many of them help us with fundraising events and some of them go one stage further and choose to support us over the calendar year.
These include Villa Plus in St Albans, Specialist Cars in Stevenage, The RO Group in Potters Bar and Complete It in High Wycombe. The RO Group put on a quiz for us in 2018. This wasn’t any old quiz and included a huge raffle that helped raise nearly £9,000 for us.
This year we have Mill Green Golf Club raising money for us. So far they have held a Valentine’s disco, quiz and comedy nights with an Abba tribute band and charity golf day also scheduled for this summer.
Schools and colleges also fundraise for us with Stanborough, Onslow St Audrey’s, Monks Walk, Roundwood Primary and Commonswood Primary Schools all raising substantial amounts for us.
